Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • We offer FREE shipping on orders over $999.00 MXN. Tracked shipping is available at checkout or you can contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.
  • All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses within 24-72 hours of placing the order. Please note that we have a considerable number of orders per day, so we are constantly changing to improve our order processing and shipping times.
  • We process orders at 1:00 pm CENTRAL TIME.
  • Estimated shipping time begins once your order is shipped. You can trust Giggums to ship your order to you, and if you run into any issues we will gladly resolve them.
  • Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed after 1:00pm CENTRAL TIME due to our warehouse having standardized processes in place to provide you with the best possible service and delivery times.
  • We do not ship on weekends as our warehouses are open until Friday. If you place a purchase on Friday after 1:00 pm CENTRAL TIME, Saturday or Sunday we will ship your order on Tuesday or Wednesday. We are currently streamlining our internal processes to improve our logistics and fulfill your purchase.

LATE OR LOST ORDERS

If your order is lost or there is no movement in the last 10 business days, we can make a replacement totally free on certain products. Contact us to offer you a solution.

When placing your order, please ensure you specify the correct delivery address as Giggums is not responsible for missing packages that have been sent to the wrong address or if you are asked to leave with a neighbour or outbuilding.

 

Any order discrepancies relating to missing/incorrect/damaged and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing by email at support@giggums.com and we will gladly replace the item for you once validated and for manufacturing defects.

  • We ship internationally to North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. and Spain
