Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp and our customer service will be happy to assist you and resolve your issues. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event that the company has sent an incorrect item, we will gladly cover the cost of the return guide. In the event that the customer has changed his mind and wants to return the item, the cost of the return guide will be at his expense.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or custom items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, outlet, or gift card items.
EXCHANGES
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your original method of payment will automatically be refunded. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
