Our headquarters are located at Ricargo Margain Zozaya 575 Santa Engracia Corporate Tower C and D, 66267 San Pedro Garza García Nuevo León, Mexico, however we ship all over Mexico.
PAYMENT METHODS
We currently have Payment via PayPal and Mercado Pago, through which you can pay with a debit or credit card (Mastercard, American Express, VISA), cash payment through participating stores such as Oxxo, Seven Eleven, among others, or bank deposit or transfer.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days for Mexico. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please feel free to email us to check the status of your order.
Please note that we receive a considerable number of orders every day, so we are working on our internal processes to improve our logistics and provide you with the best possible service. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems and we will gladly resolve them.
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICIES
If you received a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us immediately to offer a solution. In the event that Giggums has made a mistake we will be happy to replace the item for you, or provide a partial refund, you will only have to return the flawless item.
In the event that the company has sent an incorrect item, we will gladly cover the cost of the return guide. In the event that the customer has changed his mind and wants to return the item, the cost of the return guide will be at his expense.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost on certain products if it meets the following criteria:

Note: Giggums will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. Please make sure all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid any losses in the mail or other mishaps.
CANCELLATIONS
After placing an order. You can request a cancellation before 1:00 pm CENTRAL TIME on the same day. Otherwise, you must wait until the package arrives at your shipping address. Please be sure to read our descriptions and processing times carefully.
